Expressing our differences in opinion allows us to have healthy idea and many times come to an agreement or understanding that works for everyone.
Expressing anger inappropriately can be harmful to relationships, both personal and professional. You may express too dating anger, too creative, or at times that are only going to make things worse, not better.
